Job summary

University of Salford Estates & Facilities invites applications for the role of Grounds & Landscape Manager. You will lead the Grounds & Landscape team, planning and supervising year-round maintenance and landscaping programmes, while driving improvements in biodiversity, sustainability and external spaces for students and the wider community.

Responsibilities

Lead Grounds & Landscape team (Team Leader + six Landscapers).
Oversee year-round grounds maintenance, horticultural and landscaping programmes.
Manage budgets, procurement, contractors and service contracts.
Support design and delivery of projects through relevant stages.
Maintain high health, safety and compliance standards.
Develop skills and capability of the team.
Collaborate with Sustainability, Building Managers and external partners.
