Job summary

idverde is seeking an experienced Contract Supervisor for Bushy Park, London. You will report to the Contract Manager and help run day-to-day contract operations, guiding horticultural practices and ensuring H&S compliance while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Experience in a supervisory role within grounds maintenance/landscaping.
Full UK driving licence; tractor driving experience beneficial.
Strong communication and IT literacy skills.
Experience with budgets/financial performance of contracts.

Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling works and coordinate resources according to contract specifications.
Ensure teams are prepared with tools and machinery for the day ahead, including safety & end-of-day checks.
Build and maintain client relationships; attend weekly contract meetings as needed.
Mentor staff and lead by example; manage attendance and payroll timesheets.
Monitor time/attendance and process timesheets for payroll; adhere to HR processes.
