Job summary

Ravenhill Farm Services Limited seeks a Groundcare Machinery Sales Representative to promote our full range of equipment from Elgin or Dingwall depots, covering Morayshire and the Highlands. A strong knowledge of modern machinery and the ability to build relationships with customers is essential.

Training will be provided for product installation and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have drive, excellent communication and organisational skills, plus a self-motivated approach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern groundcare and agricultural machinery.
• Experience in sales within Agriculture or Groundcare is preferred but training is available.
• Able to market, demonstrate and install machinery; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell groundcare machinery to customers across Morayshire and Highlands.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers at all levels.
• Cover from Elgin or Dingwall depots, ensuring strong local market presence.

An opportunity has arisen for a Groundcare Machinery Sales Representative to promote our full range of equipment, based from our Elgin or Dingwall depots, covering the Morayshire area and into the Highlands and Islands.

Operating from five Branches in Scotland, Ravenhill distributes leading Agricultural, Construction & Groundcare machinery brands throughout the north-east, including New Holland, Kioti, Trimax, Wessex, Honda, SnowEx, Grillo, Trillo, Ventrac and many more.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of modern machinery, ideally gained from a previous sales role within the Agriculture or Groundcare sector, as well as the ability to build business relationships at all levels with both new and existing customers. Previous experience, along with the ability to market, demonstrate and install this kind of machinery would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be available.

A driving license, excellent communication, and organisational skills as well as a degree of self-motivation are essential to this important and exciting role.
