Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is looking for graduates to join the Ground & Water team in 2027. You will support Contaminated Land specialists, gaining hands-on experience across brownfield regeneration, infrastructure, energy and utilities projects.

You will work with environmental scientists, engineers and planners to understand land and water environments and develop practical solutions for clients across the UK. Sep 2027 start is expected.

Qualifications

• 2:2 or higher in Earth/Environment related degree (or equivalent).
• Interest in geology, hydrogeology, contaminated land and groundwater.
• Curious, flexible and motivated to learn across disciplines.
• Willingness to travel in the UK, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Support Contaminated Land specialists in investigations and reporting.
• Contribute to brownfield regeneration and environmental project work.
• Learn from engineers, hydrogeologists and planners across teams.
