Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Ground Remediation Project Manager role in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will oversee remediation, civil and geotechnical works from planning through to completion, coordinating contractors and stakeholders as the project progresses.

The position offers a competitive salary in the £40,000–£50,000 range, with pension, generous holidays and a range of wellbeing benefits. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering remediation, groundworks, civil engineering or geotechnical projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial planning through to completion
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders
• Manage programmes, budgets, quality and health & safety
• Oversee site activities and ensure works are delivered to specification
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates
• Monitor project progress, risks, changes and commercial performance
• Prepare reports and project documentation
