Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in airline operations in a Duty Officer, Supervisor, or Station Coordinator role.
• Experience managing ground handling processes and SLAs.
• Proactive, agile, quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RAM ground handling services to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate passenger support during irregularities (transport, accommodation).
• Liaise with OCC and other operational entities to resolve issues.
• Report station activity and escalate passenger complaints.
• Drive team performance and optimize operations for service excellence.
