Job summary

MJ Quinn is seeking a Site Supervisor for its Renewables division in the UK to oversee daily on-site operations for ground-mounted solar PV projects. You will supervise subcontractors, ensure safety and compliance with technical specifications, and report progress to the Project Manager.

The role requires 3–5 years of site supervision experience, ground-mount solar farm expertise, and essential SMSTS and First Aid qualifications, with IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in site supervision, preferably renewables or large solar PV.
• Ground Mount Solar Farm experience essential.
• SMSTS and First Aid required; IOSH/NEBOSH desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and oversee daily site operations on renewable energy projects.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with technical specs and CDM regulations.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the Project Manager.
