Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Ground Maintenance Operative for a housing association contract based in Slough. The role covers grass cutting, litter clearance, pruning, weed control and hedge maintenance on social housing properties.

The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance or multi-trade experience, with a track record in social housing environments and a willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoors role. Temp to perm opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or multi-trade work.
• Experience in social housing environments is preferred.
• Hands-on outdoor role with basic trade skills.

Responsibilities

• Cutting grass and maintaining areas.
• Litter picking and general tidying.
• Pruning and hedge maintenance.
