Job description

Grounds Maintenance Operative – Beeston, Nottingham. Contract until the end of August. £12.21

Working for a large commercial and laboratory site, you will work as part of a team delivering gardening services including:

1. Grass cutting
2. Clearance
3. Planting
4. Weeding
5. Maintenance of shrub areas

You will also undertake external maintenance work such as slab repairs and fencing, making use of modern technology to support the delivery of the role on a mobile basis.

You will have previous experience in Grounds Maintenance and knowledge of horticulture.

You will have experience with hand tools and general horticultural machinery and be confident dealing with the public in a service delivery environment.

You will be able to work as part of a team, have a clean driving licence, be able to work to deadlines, and manage your own work.

Spraying licences PA1 / PA6 are required.
