Job summary

Langan is seeking an Intern/Co-op – Ground Engineering to join its collaborative team in London, UK. This role will support geotechnical leadership, assist with field investigations, and contribute to site feasibility studies, design plans, and technical reports.

You will gain hands-on experience in fieldwork, data collection, calculations, and the use of geotechnical software and AutoCAD, while developing professional skills in a peer-supported environment.

Qualifications

• Active student pursuing an advanced degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Engineering Geology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field investigations, logging borings and test pits, collect data.
• Support geotechnical leadership on site feasibility studies and reports.
• Perform calculations and learn geotechnical software.
• Prepare drawings and exhibits in AutoCAD.
• Contribute to reports and documentation.
