Skyborne Airline Academy invites applications for a Synthetic Training Instructor to teach on our DA42 FNPT II simulators at Bournemouth Airport. The role combines ground-based synthetic flight instruction with theoretical modules for ME Piston and Instrument Rating, and may be offered as full-time, part-time or contractual employment.

Ideal candidates are former flight instructors who remain passionate about teaching, with FI(A) unrestricted, and the ability to sponsor IRI/CRI ME qualifications

Qualifications

• Hold or have held UK Part-FCL CPL(A) or ATPL(A).
• Current or recently expired FI(A) unrestricted.
• If IRI/CRI ME qualifications are present, no class 1 or 2 medical required.
• English Language Proficiency level 5 or 6.
• STI(A) already issued.
• We can sponsor IRI or CRI ME for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver synthetic flight instruction on DA42 FNPT II devices.
• Support delivery of theoretical instruction for MEP and IR phases.
• Role available on full time, part time or contractual basis.
