Job summary

Tong Garden Centre is seeking a confident Grotto Supervisor to help run the Christmas Grotto. You will support the Grotto Manager, supervise a team of elves and seasonal staff, and ensure every guest has a magical visit during the busy festive period.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory, team leader or customer service experience.
Able to stay calm and positive in a busy environment.
Energetic, festive spirit and good communication.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Christmas Grotto.
Supervising and motivating our team of Elves and seasonal team members.
Helping deliver an outstanding experience for every guest and their family.
Completing daily operational and health & safety checks.
Managing visitor flow and ensuring sessions run smoothly and on time.
Handling guest queries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
Coordinating team breaks and providing day-to-day support to colleagues.
Acting as the key point of contact and leading the team in the Grotto Manager's absence.
Working closely with colleagues across the Garden Centre to ensure a seamless festive experience.
Helping maintain the magical atmosphere that makes Christmas at Tong so special.
