Job summary

WeRecruit in London is seeking a Quality & Account Operations professional to manage UK retailer accounts and coordinate product launches. You will foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensure UK labelling compliance and timely approvals, and handle complaints with a structured investigation approach.

You will also support quality projects, maintain documentation, and assist audits and onboarding of suppliers and sites, contributing to continuous process enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of UK retailer account(s).
• Coordinate and execute tasks required to enable successful product launches.
• Keep up to date on upcoming changes, summaries and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customer and manufacturing sites.
• Understand and apply UK food labelling specifications and artworks; ensure approvals and quality aspects are completed on time.
• Monitor, log and report complaints, CPMUs, online reviews and trends; coordinate investigations and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Assist or conduct assigned quality projects, research and submissions; involve others when relevant and follow line manager directions to achieve quality objectives.
• Prepare and maintain records and documentation; suggest improvements and aid in process improvements.
• Support site audits when needed either in person or remotely; assist in onboarding of new suppliers, sites and warehouses.
