Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries, is seeking a Grocery National Account Exec to support the Senior National Account Manager across lead Grocery customers. You will help deliver annual plans at head office and in store, with a focus on listings, promotions, stock, forecasting and performance reviews.

You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Category and Shopper Marketing, attend SNAM meetings, and build a network of key contacts within accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage grocery accounts and deliver targets
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with P&L awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Aufgaben

• Support Grocery accounts day-to-day, including listings, promotions, stock and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Category and Shopper Marketing on range, distribution and in-store activity.
• Attend SNAM meetings and build a contact network across account base.
• Develop engaging sell-in stories for new products with the Account lead and Category team.
• Work with a small team across functions to deliver annual Grocery targets.
• Visit stores regularly to review activity and competitor sets.
