Health Now Complex Care is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants / Community Support Workers to support a 2:1 package in the Grimsby area. You will work in the community delivering person-centred care and building trusted relationships with clients and their families.

Flexibility is key, with care calls throughout the day and the potential for additional hours. A caring, reliable, and professional approach is essential to provide high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Moving & Handling experience and training.
• Full driving licence and access to a car for work.
• Previous care experience.
• PEG experience and training is preferable but not essential.
• A caring, reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible community care calls from morning to bedtime.
• Deliver 2:1 support with two carers per visit.
• Support may include additional community care hours as needed.
