Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Fossato Lounge kitchen team. We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food/drinks from day one. 300+ sites across England and Wales provide opportunities for flexible work and career growth.

As a Chef, you’ll cook to spec, support the Head Chef, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly from prep to plate. Join a friendly team focused on quality and great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork.
• Passion for real cooking and quality food.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
