Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) at Norwich, part of Boparan Restaurant Group, is seeking a skilled Grill Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll master the grill, maintain high standards of taste, presentation and safety, and work closely with fellow chefs to deliver top-quality burgers.

Qualifications

Experience as grill chef or similar kitchen role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong grilling skills with attention to detail.
Commitment to high-quality food, hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Master the Grill: Take charge of the grill, cooking burgers to perfection.
Quality Control: Ensure burgers meet our taste, presentation and consistency standards.
Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area following food hygiene regulations.
Prep & Cook: Assist with food preparation and ensure ingredients are fresh and ready for cooking.
Work as a Team: Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
