Role Overview:

As Grill Chef, youll be the master behind our grill station expertly preparing meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection. Youll play a key role in delivering bold, flavorful dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. Energy, precision, and a genuine love for great food are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook all grilled menu items to the highest standard
Maintain consistency, flavor, and presentation of every dish
Manage your station from prep to service ensuring cleanliness and organization
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on specials and seasonal offerings
Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed
Bring positive energy and professionalism to every shift

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience as a Grill Chef, Line Cook, or similar role (minimum 2 years)
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, temperatures, and grilling techniques
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Passion for bold flavors and high-quality ingredients
Team player attitude with great communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Safety Certification (preferred)
