Job description

Location: REMOTE with occasional site visits and team meetings once a month

Contract Type: Until 31st December 2025, subject to extension

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, 5 days

Role Overview

As a Grid Compliance Engineer, you will provide support and expertise on renewable energy projects, maintaining knowledge of distribution and transmission connection requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance interfaces with NESO, TO, and DNO across project phases
• Manage BMU and metering registration processes
• Produce and review technical documentation and external reports
• Manage weekly reports and project tools

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in renewable energy projects
• Knowledge of Grid Code and Grid Compliance
• Understanding of electrical system studies and EMT/RMS models
• Experience managing risks in renewables environments
