Job description

Role: Greenkeeper - Permanent

Hours: 39 per week

Hourly rate: Up to £12.21 per hour plus extensive benefits

If you have previous experience working in a similar position, have a great eye for detail, and would like to work in one of the UK’s premier destination resorts, we would love to meet you!

Your day with Team Carden:

1. Setting up the course daily for competitions and general play
2. Raking bunkers
3. Strimming, fly mowing, cutting greens and rough areas
4. Mowing/maintenance of all areas from tee to green
5. Course improvements, renovations, and construction

Providing world-class service is at the heart of everything we do. You should ideally have experience from a similar previous role and be qualified to NVQ2 standard in sports turf or equivalent. Additional qualifications such as PA1/2/6 or chainsaw certification are desirable. This is a busy and varied role requiring teamwork and some lone working. You will need to manage your time proactively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly. A genuine passion for this role and love for the outdoors are essential.
