Qualifications
- Degree, diploma or equivalent in Quarry Management or related field.
- Proven leadership within quarrying/mining with operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Commercial awareness with budgeting and cost control experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the quarry.
- Manage site performance, budgets and costs to deliver excellence.
- Oversee extraction, processing, stock and despatch activities.
- Champion a strong health, safety and environmental culture.
- Monitor performance and identify efficiency improvements.
- Lead, coach and develop the site team to high performance.
