Job summary

Highworth Town Council is seeking an experienced Grounds and Open Spaces Manager to lead maintenance of parks, play areas, and other public assets in Highworth. You will supervise grounds staff and contractors, plan programmes, and manage budgets while delivering improvements for biodiversity and sustainability.

The role requires practical experience in horticulture and land management, plus strong leadership and project delivery skills to support the town’s green spaces and community assets.

Qualifications
