Job summary

Radiant is building a dedicated Governance, Risk & Compliance function in the UK. The GRC Analyst will manage the compliance programme end-to-end, working with a Principal Security Engineer and Brookfield frameworks to ensure policy lifecycle, audits, and customer security questionnaires are handled effectively.

You'll automate processes, maintain evidence trails, and drive data protection across the organisation as it expands into owned data centres and AI governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Solid UK GDPR and data protection experience.
• Capability to manage and deliver governance, risk and compliance initiatives.
• Comfort creating and automating processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management of the compliance programme, including audits and policy lifecycle.
• Coordinate data protection operations and training with a GDPR core.
• Automate ad hoc processes and evidence collection to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate business continuity and major incident processes with testing and evidencing.
• Support AI governance work and regulatory developments (EU AI Act).
• Collaborate with Finance and Engineering leadership on control documentation.
