Job summary

the company is seeking a Staff GRC Analyst to join our Information Security team in the UK. You will help shape and scale our governance, risk, and compliance program, focusing on automation and secure by design processes.

You will collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to ensure regulatory alignment and robust security posture across the business. This role offers flexible hybrid/remote options and opportunities to drive impactful improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Security GRC, including internal and external audits.
• Experience using AI and/or coding automation to build and operate controls.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS or equivalent) and security mapping.
• Experience automating reporting for GRC programs, including dashboards and exec summaries.
• Fintech/payments sector or IT audit background with regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Automate governance, risk and compliance workflows and automate evidence collection.
• Design and build scalable GRC architectures and automation.
• Draft and maintain security policies mapped to standards across frameworks.
• Automate security requests from customers and vendors, ensuring accurate responses.
• Coordinate multi-team workflows with clear dependencies and delivery plans.
• Contribute to broader Cybersecurity initiatives and align with risk management.
• Translate compliance requirements into technical specs for engineering teams.
