Job summary

Radiant is building a Governance, Risk & Compliance function to scale with its AI infrastructure business. The GRC Analyst will drive end‑to‑end compliance efforts, manage data protection operations, and automate processes while collaborating with a Principal Security Engineer and Brookfield standards.

You will help shape policy, evidence trails, and regulatory responses as Radiant grows into data centres and powered‑land infrastructure, maintaining GDPR discipline and proactive risk governance.

Qualifications

• Solid UK GDPR and data protection experience.
• Hyper‑organised with ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Builder’s mindset — create and automate processes from scratch.
• Autonomous and idea‑driven; manage priorities without micromanagement.
• Experience in compliance/GRC/information security at a mid‑level.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project management of the compliance programme, including audits and policy lifecycle.
• Manage data protection operations and training with UK GDPR at the core.
• Automate manual, ad hoc processes (evidence collection, policy tracking, questionnaire responses).
• Coordinate business continuity and Major Incident process ownership, including testing and evidencing.
• Support AI governance work and regulatory developments (EU AI Act) across data handling and vendor assessment.
• Coordinate health & safety compliance as Radiant expands into physical premises and data centres.
• Partner with Finance and Engineering leadership on KYC, ABC evidence, and technical control docs.
• Help align Code of Conduct and policies with Brookfield's.
