London Football School is seeking team coaches for boys’ and girls’ squads from U5 to U18, plus senior teams in local leagues. The role involves weekly matches, training, and administrative support, with opportunities to shape recruitment and player progression.

We support coaches in acquiring FA qualifications and offer a London Living Wage. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship or relocation are not provided. A welcoming, diverse coaching environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Access coaching CPD days and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of players and coaches.
• Represent the club with branded coaching kit and events.

Responsibilities

• Weekly matches and training sessions
• Basic administrative tasks for team organisation
• Contribute to decision making of player recruitment and player progression
• Coaching and development opportunities
• Internal and links to external coaching CPD days
• Work with a diverse and passionate group of players and coaches
• Branded Coaching Kit
• Staff social gatherings and football matches
