Job summary

The FA invites applications for a County FA Football Discipline Services Administrator on a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2027. Based in Wembley, you will support the County FA Discipline Service team with administrative duties, case handling, and documentation.

You will assess match official reports, log allegations, process reports via MOAS, prepare case bundles, and assist hearings, while ensuring safeguarding and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities.
• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in producing reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the FA County FA Discipline Service team.
• Assess match official reports and process fast track offers or investigations as appropriate.
• Log allegations on the County FA Discipline Service system and National Serious Case system; support allocation to Discipline Officers.
• Process reports submitted via the MOAS system.
• Produce accurate case bundles and redact sensitive information for hearings; include previous discipline records.
• Process pending red and yellow cards and support process improvements for Discipline Service teams.
