Job summary

Southampton Sixth Form College is seeking a Graphics & Digital Media teacher to join the creative faculty on a part-time basis, starting ASAP. The role covers A-Level and Level 3 Digital Media/Graphics courses for about 18 hours per week, with a long-term assignment through December and potential extension.

You will assess progress, set examinations deadlines, and foster an inclusive learning environment while supporting departmental planning and student success.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher status or equivalent post-16 teaching qualification.

Graphics & Digital Media Teacher - Sixth Form College in Southampton

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Part-Time | Long-Term Temporary Assignment
Hours: Approximately 18 hours per week
Duration: Until at least December, with the potential for extension
Pay: £175 - £260 per day (dependent on experience)

Position Overview

A highly regarded sixth form college in Southampton is seeking aGraphics & Digital Media Teacher to join their creative faculty on a part-time basis as soon as possible.

This long-term opportunity will involve teaching A-Level and Level 3 Digital Media/Graphics-related courses for approximately 18 hours per week. The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging lessons that develop their creative, digital and visual communication skills while preparing them for further study and careers within the creative industries.

The role is expected to continue until at least December, with the possibility of being extended beyond this point.
