Job summary

Apple is seeking a Graphics Design Verification Engineer for its UK GPU design centre. You will verify pre-silicon RTL for high-performance graphics IPs, leveraging SystemVerilog, UVM, C++, and scripting languages to achieve high-quality closures.

The role requires strong knowledge of computer architecture and a background in digital design, with emphasis on verification methodologies and collaboration across Architecture, Design and Software teams.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of computer architecture, general purpose microprocessor or memory sub-system micro-architecture in lieu of graphics experience
• SystemVerilog, C++, Python
• Excellent planning, collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Ensure the exceptional quality of complex graphics IP designs and collaborate with multi-functional teams
• Develop test benches, generate tests, run and debug simulations using SystemVerilog, UVM, C++, and scripting languages
• Create and execute verification plans and negotiate objectives with Architecture, Design, and Software teams
