Job summary

Apple is seeking a Graphics Top Design Verification Engineer in the UK to lead pre-silicon RTL verification for embedded graphics cores. You will work with a cross-functional team to validate complex graphics IP using SystemVerilog, UVM, and scripting languages.

You will develop test benches, create tests, run simulations and drive rigorous verification closure, collaborating with Architecture, Design and Software teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of computer architecture, general purpose microprocessor or memory sub-system micro-architecture in lieu of graphics experience
• SystemVerilog, UVM, Python
• Excellent planning, collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Develop test benches using SystemVerilog, UVM and scripting languages
• Generate tests, run and debug simulations to drive graphics IPs to high-quality closure
• Create and execute verification plans and negotiate objectives with Architecture, Design and Software teams
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to tackle new verification challenges
• Ensure robust quality of graphics IP designs
