Job description

Purpose of the Role - Graphic / Digital Designer

You will use your skills and creativity to create designs for a wide range of digital and printed assets. This includes designing resources for:

• Company website
• Property and new homes development brochures and printed literature
• Company marketing campaigns
• Presentation templates
• Large format print signage
• Annual Conference
• Internal communications
• Illustrations
• Photography and photo editing

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in a similar design role.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere.
• Strong ability to execute brand guidelines and create original content, with attention to colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams including marketing, design, and property sectors.
• Experience liaising with external printers to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Proven ability to create designs for online and print advertisements, including formatting for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
