Job summary

TAGGED RESOURCES in Manchester is seeking a Fashion Graphic and Print Designer to join a growing design team. You will work closely with the Design Manager and MD, researching trends and developing on-trend collections.

The ideal candidate holds a Design degree, with strong CAD and Excel skills, and solid knowledge of print processes. You will liaise with high street buyers and produce detailed tech packs to drive commercial ranges.

Qualifications

• Design degree required.
• 2-3 years experience in fashion graphic/print.
• Strong knowledge of print processes.
• Excellent presentation skills and customer understanding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging graphic and print trends.

The Role:

• Working closely with the Design Manager and MD
• Researching into emerging graphic and print trends.
• Strong knowledge of print processes
• Conducting research to create on brand themes and trends.
• Liaise with high street buyers to develop new collections, presenting new ideas.
• Develop detailed tech packs
• Use CAD confidently and effectively
• Other duties as required.

Skills Required:

• 2 - 3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of print processes
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent commercial handwriting and understanding of the customer
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe illustrator & photoshop
• Strong understanding of excel
• Ability to work both self-directed and collaboratively.
• Print/graphic design skills is a bonus.
