Arden Personnel Limited is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our design and product development team in Alcester. You will take ideas from first concept to production-ready artwork and transform them into real consumer products sold across the UK.

The role requires strong design skills, a portfolio, and the ability to work across multiple projects while meeting brand guidelines and deadlines. Office-based, permanent position with flexible start/finish times and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous professional graphic design experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A commercial approach, knowing that good design also has to work as a finished product.
• Confidence working both on your own and as part of a team.
• An openness to new technology, including AI tools, to enhance your design work.

Responsabilités

• Creating original product designs, concepts and new range ideas.
• Developing artwork in response to customer briefs.
• Working accurately within brand and licensing guidelines.
• Preparing artwork for product development and production.
• Managing multiple projects at once, often to tight deadlines.
• Working closely with designers, product development and production teams.
