Job summary

Arden Personnel Limited is recruiting a Graphic Designer for a permanent, office-based role in Alcester. You will create original product designs, develop artwork from briefs and ensure branding and licensing guidelines are followed.

The ideal candidate has professional graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. You should be detail‑oriented, well organised and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio of work required.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Open to new technology including AI tools.
• Driving licence and own vehicle.
• Location within 20 miles of Alcester.
• Experience in licensed merchandise or consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create original product designs and new range ideas.
• Develop artwork from customer briefs.
• Work within brand and licensing guidelines.
• Prepare artwork for development and production.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with design, product development and production teams.
