Job summary

Heaps + Stacks is seeking a skilled graphic designer to lead packaging and mailer projects for major brands. You’ll craft strong narratives, visuals and tactile experiences, from concept to final production, collaborating with producers and suppliers.

A sharp eye for materiality, print processes and budgets will help you push ideas while delivering on brief and ROI metrics. You’ll work closely with a design director and cross‑functional teams, bringing energy, curiosity and a hands‑on approach

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a design or packaging agency.
• BA in Graphic Design or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Dream up strong, original concepts for mailers, packaging and merch.
• Develop creative narratives and stories that connect every element of the mailer.
• Think beyond graphics to create playful, unexpected packaging ideas and details.
• Translate brand identities into fresh physical designs with impact.
• Produce accurate artwork, print-ready files and production specifications.
