Your role in our team:

As a Graphic Designer at bit.bio, you will be central to the production of our marketing materials, both physical and digital, helping us to build and express our visual identity. Your "design eye" will help us create elegant and intuitive content in many formats. Working as part of a small marketing team, you will have the opportunity to work with various media types, including exhibition booth graphics, brochure design, video editing, and animations. This role offers a space to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. This also involves working with external creative agencies and web designers, requiring your input and support. The role is varied, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and editing graphics and media for use across the company, including images, video, photographs, GIFs, animations, and digital ads.
  • Executing and optimizing layouts for brochures, scientific posters, PowerPoint slides, and editorial content.
  • Supporting and liaising with external creative and web design agencies on larger projects.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content.
  • Managing the design process from briefing to final approval, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
  • Coordinating with marketing operations for print needs as required.

Your profile:

  • Having a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven work experience in an agency or in-house setting.

Essential experience includes:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom).

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Google Slides.

Desirable experience includes:

  • Web design experience.
  • Using project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Experience working in a technical or scientific environment.
