A leading company in synthetic and stem cell biology seeks a Graphic Designer to produce marketing materials and enhance their visual identity. This part-time role offers a dynamic environment for creativity and skill development, working closely with a small marketing team.

Type: Part-time / FTC - 12 month maternity cover / 3 days per week (24 hours p/w)

Office Based Position: Cambridge, UK with hybrid working available
This Fixed Term Contract (FTC) is to cover a period of maternity leave for up to 12 months, or on return of the substantive postholder, whichever is earlier.
Your role in our team:
As a Graphic Designer at bit.bio, you will be central to the production of our marketing materials, both physical and digital, helping us to build and express our visual identity. Your "design eye" will help us create elegant and intuitive content in many formats. Working as part of a small marketing team, you will have the opportunity to work with various media types, including exhibition booth graphics, brochure design, video editing, and animations. This role offers a space to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. You will need to be a good communicator, liaising with stakeholders, managing the development process, and ensuring everyone is kept up to date. This also involves working with external creative agencies and web designers, requiring your input and support. The role is varied, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach.
