We pride ourselves on our ability to create designs that are authentic, meaningful, and timeless.

We are expanding our Club Licences Design Team, a team responsible for creating original and scalable, club-specific designs for our portfolio. If you’re a skilled graphic designer with a flair for illustration and a passion for apparel design, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role:

As a Graphic Designer in our Core Design Unit, you will:

Create consistent, club-tailored designs using templates or base assets, while maintaining originality and authenticity.
Develop scalable graphics for apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories, tailored to specific club identities.
Utilise your illustration skills to add unique, creative elements to designs that resonate with club heritage and fan culture.
Collaborate with our wider design and marketing teams to ensure designs align with brand strategy and club partnerships.
Adapt and optimise designs for a variety of production processes, including screen printing, embroidery, and digital printing.
Stay up-to-date with current trends in football culture, apparel design, and graphic design.

About You:

We are looking for some with a good eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a strong understanding of football culture and fan dynamics.

Key Skills and Experience:

Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and illustration work.
Experience in designing for apparel, including knowledge of production processes and constraints.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
Ability to produce scalable designs that maintain consistency across multiple outputs.
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience working in a fast-paced, creative team environment.
Familiarity with football culture and club identities.
