Job Description

1. Develop and grow the brand's identity through graphic design.
2. Create exclusive graphics for men's, women's, and kids' products across various categories.
3. Collaborate closely with the design team to fulfill global briefs.
4. Design high-quality graphic assets for own brand ranges, including photographic, AOP, placement, and vector prints.
5. Drive graphic trend initiatives with a global perspective.
6. Design in line with brand DNA and understand customer profiles.
7. Apply commercial handwriting to designs.
8. Present concepts to the buying team.
9. Brief the graphic execution to the product development team via tech and artwork packs.
10. Participate in research trips.
11. Ensure compliance with the IP process.
12. Collaborate with marketing to create campaign assets.
13. Design within critical paths to meet deadlines.
14. Mentor and train team members on graphic skills.
