Drive Softcat's brand forward through impactful, strategic design

As a Graphic Designer within our Softcat Studio, you will bring creative ideas to life, crafting impactful visual content to support marketing efforts, customer engagement, and brand consistency. You will focus on supporting the business's creative needs and creating compelling campaigns for our sales teams. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

As Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for:

1. Collaborating with the Senior Marketing Programme Manager and marketing teams to deliver creative outcomes from briefs to final graphics.
2. Designing and producing a range of materials including email campaigns, digital ads, web landing pages, brochures, reports, infographics, and social media assets.
3. Working with external agencies and freelancers, providing creative guidance, and ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
4. Developing and maintaining a library of templates and design assets for internal use.
5. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities effectively.

We'd love you to have:

1. Qualifications in multimedia, graphic design, or equivalent experience.
2. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Photoshop.
3. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
4. Some experience with UI/UX and applying it to website design.
5. An understanding of a B2B environment and working with brand guidelines.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
