Overview Of Role

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the Bounce and Hijingo brands, playing a key role in their ongoing development and evolution. This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive the creative vision for two exciting brands that are always evolving and pushing new creative boundaries.

You'll collaborate with a talented and passionate marketing team to design a variety of materials - from print and digital designs to in-venue content and motion graphics. In this fast-paced role, you’ll have the chance to creatively contribute, develop innovative design solutions, and ensure both brands receive high-quality support, while meeting deadlines and keeping everything fresh, on-brand, and visually impactful.

You’ll be a key part of the brand development, contributing your own ideas and design expertise to help shape the creative direction and drive both brands forward. It is important that you have the right mindset to work in the hospitality industry, it is fast-paced and reactive in nature.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a mid to senior graphic design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, motion, and brand identity.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Proven ability to create marketing-led design with clear messaging hierarchy and a strong understanding of the customer journey and conversion funnel
• Illustration skills, with the ability to design original logos and brand elements that are fresh, distinctive, and on-brand
• Proficient in motion design and animation, with experience creating dynamic content for digital and social platforms
• Expert in print design, including production processes, specifications, and preparing artwork for professional output
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage projects from concept through to final delivery
