Job Description

The Lendlock Group is seeking a talented Creative Digital Designer with a passion for ecommerce, excellent design skills, digital design knowledge, and strong communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a close-knit team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the company’s brand presence and driving sales performance.

You will work to promote the UK-based, family-owned group of companies (SACO, Nekem, InstaPac, IAC, Scott Closures, GTL Plastics, Lendlock International, and Noble Isle) within the Lendlock Group.

Using your creativity, you will develop compelling marketing materials and implement innovative strategies that showcase the Group’s products across various channels. You should be highly commercial, with an excellent understanding of brand identity and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand the Lendlock Group of companies and develop the brand’s aesthetic through defined guidelines.
• Deliver digital and non-digital marketing activities, including web updates, catalogues, logos, emails, presentations, exhibitions, adverts, POS, and other supporting materials across B2B and B2C channels.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion through creative solutions.
• Build and develop comprehensive brand toolkits for sales teams to maximize sales.
• Create engaging B2B & B2C digital assets within brand identities and templates for advertising, promotions, and website use.
• Develop content based on the marketing calendar.
• Utilize project management tools to handle multiple creative projects, tracking time and activity.

Required Skills

• Highly creative with innovative ideas and a passion for digital design.
• Strong understanding of design principles.
• Experience in various marketing activities, such as email design, digital adverts, and web page design.
• Commercial awareness of market trends and opportunities.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all marketing materials.
• Strong communication skills to articulate concepts clearly.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and openness to feedback.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Elementor, WordPress, and WooCommerce is a bonus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
• Friendly, flexible, team-oriented attitude.
• Ideally, three years of experience.

• Holidays: 28 days per year (including bank holidays), increasing with tenure.
