I am currently working with a dynamic and growing organization to help them find a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative studio. Responsible for crafting visually stunning campaigns that resonate with customers, driving awareness, consideration, and trust.

Job details

• Title: Graphic Designer
• Location: Bromsgrove (hybrid)
• Salary: Up to £25K

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales to define project requirements.
• Design and produce diverse marketing materials across multiple channels.
• Utilize digital tools for image enhancement, animation, and multimedia design.
• Develop, iterate, and finalize designs for publication and production.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for print production.

Experience and Skills

• Proven expertise in diverse design projects, with a focus on typography and complex layouts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Skills in DSLR photography and video post-production.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of digital and print production processes.
