As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly capable Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join our team and support both our marketing efforts and operational documentation needs.

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid creative/technical role for someone skilled in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop who enjoys creating clean, professional layouts. You’ll be instrumental in designing branded templates, producing marketing materials, and supporting the development of our documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and able to take ownership of design projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, capability statements, and presentations.
2. Assist with assembling and formatting visually consistent tender packs and bid documents.
3. Create and maintain templates for tenders, internal documents, and other company-wide resources.
4. Ensure all documents follow consistent branding, layout, and formatting guidelines.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and deliver design solutions that support business goals.
6. Manage and update a central library of design assets and templates.

Requirements:

1. Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (Illustrator and Acrobat are a bonus).
2. Demonstrated experience designing templates and formatting large multi-page documents.
3. High attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organisational and file management skills.
6. Experience within construction, architecture, or engineering sectors is a plus, but not essential.
