Battersea's Global Programmes Department is seeking a Grants and Programmes Manager to oversee a portfolio within the Grants and Programmes function. This role is pivotal as Battersea expands its impact on dogs and cats over the next five years, including establishing multi-year programmes in the UK and internationally.
This senior role within the Global Programmes Directorate requires extensive experience in people management, strategic leadership, and grant-making practices. The successful candidate should be adept at proposing and evaluating approaches, supporting team contributions, and fostering relationships with colleagues and external partners. Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, handling complex and sensitive inquiries, and contributing to Battersea’s strategic goals are essential responsibilities.
