Base pay range

Battersea's Global Programmes Department is seeking a Grants and Programmes Manager to oversee a portfolio within the Grants and Programmes function. This is an exciting period for Battersea as we expand our work to benefit more dogs and cats. Over the next five years, the scope and complexity of grant-making will increase, including multi-year programmes in the UK and internationally.

This senior role within the Grants and Programmes team requires strong experience in people management, strategic leadership, and grant-making best practices.

The ideal candidate should be adept at making proposals, suggesting alternative approaches, supporting team contributions, and fostering relationships with colleagues and external partners. They should also be capable of developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, handling complex and sensitive queries, and contributing to Battersea’s strategic interests.
