Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of all small grants funding rounds, including deadlines and milestones.
• Act as a consistent point of contact for applicants, reviewers and grant holders, providing timely responses.
• Support the application and assessment process, including reviewer setup, guidance, scoring and moderation.
• Work with the Grants Team to keep records, approvals, grant setup and Salesforce data up to date.
• Contribute to guidance notes, FAQs and materials with the Communications Team to keep the scheme accessible.
