Job summary

African Rainbow Family is seeking a Part Time Grants, Fundraising and Monitoring Officer to drive our income generation strategies in Greater Manchester. The role is part-time and involves coordinating bids, cultivating funders, and reporting outcomes to supporters and partners.

• Strong fundraising, campaigning and communication skills.
• Ability to turn ideas into project plans and develop them.
• Willingness to work flexibly in a small team and communicate the charity’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Identify funding priorities with the team.
• Build relationships with new and existing funders.
• Deliver on Income Generation Strategies and bid writing.
• Increase corporate giving and coordinate funding applications.
• Ensure grants are managed in line with terms and conditions.
• Monitor and report to funders promptly.
• Support marketing, profile building and digital presence.
• Engage supporters and campaign for the charity’s causes.
