Job summary

FareShare South West is seeking a proactive Grants Officer to work with the Grants Manager to secure income from trusts and foundations and help drive our fundraising growth.

The role will lead on smaller applications, build relationships with funders, identify new opportunities and report back on results, while supporting larger applications to help the team meet its targets.

This is a key role in a charity delivering food to communities across the south west.

Responsibilities

• Secure income for capital and revenue-based projects from trusts and foundations.
• Lead on smaller funding applications to grant-making trusts and foundations.
• Develop relationships, prospect for new opportunities and report back to funders.
• Support the Grants Manager on larger funding applications to achieve team targets.
