The Music Works is looking for an experienced Grants Manager to join their fundraising team in Gloucester. This full-time role involves taking ownership of grants and trusts income, from writing applications to managing funder relationships.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Fundraising and oversee the entire process, ensuring effective communication and reporting. The position offers a hybrid working model with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Grants Manager to join our fundraising team and take ownership of our grants and trusts income, from research and writing through to reporting and funder relationships.
As a key member of the fundraising team, you will work closely with the Head of Fundraising to manage the end‑to‑end process of our trusts and foundations income. Core responsibilities include:

Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week (part‑time 0.8 considered)
Contract: Permanent
