arts.wales is looking for a Grants Assistant to support funding programmes across various offices in Wales with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both data and people efficiently.
Your role will include assisting in fund administration, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. This position promotes equality and welcomes diverse applicants.
Extensive support for Welsh language learning will be provided, encouraging innovative cultural practices.
Location: Any of the Arts Council of Wales offices (Cardiff, Colwyn Bay or Carmarthen) with Hybrid Working

As a Grants Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting the delivery of Arts Council of Wales funding programmes.
This is a varied and detail-focused role where you’ll work as part of the Grants Processing team, helping to ensure that funding schemes run smoothly and that applicants and colleagues are supported throughout the process.
